  1. 100% LOSS GUARANTEE applies only to NEW MEMBERS on their first deposit at SLOTKAKI.

  2. Minimum deposit is RM 50, maximum bonus RM 100 -

  3. 100% LOSS GUARANTEE applies ONLY to deposits via BANK and E-WALLET.

  4. LOSS GUARANTEE applies ONLY to SLOT GAMES.

  5. If you join the 100% LOSS GUARANTEE promo, you are NOT allowed to join other BONUS promos or EVENTS.

  6. LOSS GUARANTEE can be claimed only if the first deposit is completely lost.

Example: Deposit RM 50 and play until all funds are used without making a withdrawal.

  1. The LOSS GUARANTEE is 100% of the first deposit amount and must be CLAIMED through Customer Service (CS).

Example: Deposit RM 50 and lose, then the LOSS GUARANTEE is RM 50 (100% balance refund).

  1. Maximum LOSS GUARANTEE is RM 100 (ONE HUNDRED MALAYSIAN RINGGIT).

  2. Bonus is valid only once per User ID, with a claim period of 24 hours.

  3. LOSS GUARANTEE is NOT VALID if the member makes a second deposit or any withdrawal.

  4. Withdrawal requirement after receiving 100% LOSS GUARANTEE is TURNOVER (total bets) x10 of the first deposit + the LOSS GUARANTEE amount.

Example:

  • Deposit RM 50 and lose → LOSS GUARANTEE = RM 50

  • Required TURNOVER for withdrawal = RM 50 + (RM 50 × 10) = RM 1000

  1. LOSS GUARANTEE is not valid if duplicate member data is found; all balance may be voided.

  2. SLOTKAKI has the right to void all balances if any cheating is detected (playing non-SLOT games or any form of abuse^^).

  3. SLOTKAKI’s decision is FINAL and CANNOT BE DISPUTED.

  4. Only 1 claim per IP is allowed; if duplicate IP is detected, the bonus will be canceled.

  5. Claiming with different IDs using the same Telegram is NOT allowed.

  6. HOLD SPIN and playing games with 3 ROWS (such as Money Roll, etc.) are NOT allowed.

  7. LOSS GUARANTEE bonus will be rounded down [Example: deposit 55 → guarantee 50].
